(a) As deemed appropriate by the Village or its authorized agent, the brush / leaves / yard waste deposited by Village residents at the proper location in Ottawa shall be ground into mulch which shall then be made available at no charge for residential use for Village of Ottawa residents.
(b) Application to Load Mulch must be completed, and payment made in full if required, at the Municipal Building prior to loading mulch.
(c) Mulch shall be removed between dawn and dusk any day from the Municipal Garage in the Village of Ottawa upon execution of an Application to Load Mulch at the Village Clerk's Office.
(d) Village of Ottawa residents may load said mulch into trailers, wagons or vehicles with hand equipment.
(e) If motorized equipment is necessary, Village personnel shall utilize equipment at their discretion for a minimum charge of $5.00 for Village residents up to approximately three (3) cubic yards. (Ord. 15-28. Passed 12-21-15.)
