955.01 GENERAL PARK REGULATIONS.
   The following rules and regulations shall apply to any park, playground or recreation facility owned by the Village:
   (a)   All Village parks shall be open from dawn to dusk.
   (b)   Littering and dumping of refuse matter is hereby prohibited.
   (c)   Fires may be built only in grills or designated fireplaces and must be attended at all times and properly extinguished prior to leaving.
   (d)   Pets must be on a leash and must not foul public areas. Clean up is the owner’s responsibility.
   (e)   Motor vehicles must remain on designated roads or in parking lots. No parking or driving on the grass is permitted.
   (f)   The carrying of weapons, whether concealed or openly displayed, hunting and the possession or discharge of fireworks is hereby prohibited.
   (g)   No person shall deface, mark, tamper with, displace or remove any property or sign erected, posted or placed upon any park facility by direction of the Village of Ottawa.
   (h)   Shelter houses, courts and playground equipment are available on a first-come basis unless previously reserved.
   (i)   Any person found in violation of the provisions of the rules and regulations as provided herein may be forthwith evicted from the park and/or subject to criminal penalty as per the Village of Ottawa’s Codified Ordinances and/or the Ohio R.C.
