(a) Anyone visiting the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir is lawfully permitted to perform the following activities: walking, running, day and night fishing, picnicking, sledding, and boating with state-licensed watercraft, to include non-motorized boats and boats with an electric trolling motor.
(b) No person shall swim in the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(c) No person shall ice fish in the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(d) No all-terrain vehicles or snowmobiles shall be permitted at the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(e) No hunting or discharging of firearms shall be permitted at the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(f) No campfires shall be permitted at the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(g) There shall be no parking in the grass or driving off of paved areas at the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(h) There shall be no parking atop of the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir, unless permitted through the Americans with Disabilities Act.
(i) There shall be no loitering at the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(j) The consumption of alcoholic beverages while visiting the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir is prohibited.
(k) No unauthorized vehicles shall be permitted beyond posted signs from dusk till dawn at the Ottawa Water Treatment Plant Reservoir.
(l) Whoever violates subsections (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), or (k) hereof shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
