1333.05 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.

These regulations shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the Village of Ottawa as identified in Section 1333.06 including any additional areas of special flood hazard annexed by the Village of Ottawa.
