1321.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall move or caused to be moved any building or structure or any part thereof within the Village limits or from any location outside of the Village to a location within the Village without first procuring a permit from the Mayor.

(b) Application for such permit shall be made in writing to the Mayor on blank forms furnished by the Mayor.
