1139.05 REQUIREMENTS.

Uses of the R-3 Districts shall be subject to other requirements as specified herein.

(a) Maximum height, as specified in Chapter 1161.

(b) Minimum lot area, as specified in Chapter 1161.

(d) Minimum yards, as specified in Chapter 1161.

(e) Off-street parking and loading, as specified in Chapter 1163.
