1511.99 PENALTY.

Whoever causes or allows open burning in violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day of burning plus the cost of proper disposal of the material burned. Each separate burning shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 1172. Passed 3-14-88.)
