945.15 DECORATIONS.

Any person or persons who wish to decorate Village trees in any manner shall first request permission of the Shade Tree Commission at a regularly scheduled meeting, except for Christmas decorations, provided that the Christmas decorations are not installed prior to November and are removed by the end of January.
