(a) No person shall cause or permit wastewater to be emptied into the Municipal sanitary sewer system, which wastewater originates from an unmetered water well other than a Municipal water well.
(b) Whoever desires to empty waste water into the Municipal sanitary sewer system and such originates from a water well other than a Municipal water well shall make application to the Utilities Board for a permit.
(c) No person shall be issued a permit by the Board until a meter is installed on such well by the Board at the regular meter charge.
(d) Whoever empties wastewater into the Municipal sanitary sewer system and such originates from a water well other than a Municipal water well, shall pay a sewer rental charge based on the amount of water used, at a rate equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the existing water rates.
(e) All sewer rental charges remaining delinquent for sixty days or more may be certified to the County Auditor to be collected as other taxes and all permits issued to such delinquent Municipal sanitary sewer users shall forthwith become null and void and any person continuing to use the sanitary sewer after such permit becomes void shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to the penalties provided herein.
