(a) The Mayor, Municipal Director and Street Commissioner are hereby authorized and directed to review all curbcut requests. Approval by two of the three members of the curbcut committee is required for approval of any curbcut in the Village. Council shall not be required to approve curbcuts.
(b) The approval of any curbcut shall be documented on a form to be devised by the Municipal Director and shall be kept with the permanent records of the Village.
