901.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1121. Passed 3-5-84.)
