725.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus costs of prosecution. Every day a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 781. Passed 4-3-67.)
