Any establishment which offers self-service dry cleaning or laundering equipment for public use shall not be open for business earlier than 6:00 a.m. nor later than 11:00 p.m. unless there is an attendant on duty during these hours; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to equipment installed in a residential building offered for use only to residents of such building. The attendant shall be an employee of the owner thereof and shall be at least twenty-one years of age. (Ord. 781. Passed 4-3-67.)
