717.06 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT; INSPECTION.

The Clerk-Treasurer shall examine all applications for dance hall licenses and shall investigate each application to determine whether or not the dance hall sought to be licensed complies with the applicable rules, regulations, ordinances and laws. The Clerk-Treasurer shall make a reinspection of the premises previous to granting the renewal license.
