713.19 SEPARABILITY.

Each section of this chapter and each part of each section is hereby declared to be an independent section or part of a section and the holdings of any section or part thereof to be unconstitutional, void, illegal, ineffective or contrary to the provisions of law, for any reason, shall not affect any other section or part of a section of this chapter.
