713.15 FORFEITURE.
   (a)    If the Company fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, or default in any of its obligations hereunder, except for causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company, and fails within thirty days after written notice from the Village to commence and, within a reasonable time, complete the correction of such default, the Village shall have the right to revoke this special privilege and all rights of the Company hereunder.
   (b)    In the event the Company shall be adjudicated bankrupt or placed in receivership, the Village may declare the special privilege herein granted forfeited and terminated.
   (c)    The Company shall not be deemed to be in default for performance of any provision of this grant, nor shall any forfeiture be invoked for any violation or failure to perform any provision hereof due to strikes, lockouts, insurrections, acts of God, or any cause beyond the control of the Company.
