713.13 APPROVAL OF TRANSFER.

Except for a mortgage or assignment to secure a loan or loans to construct and/or operate the Community Antenna Television System, the Company shall not sell or transfer the system and the privilege granted herein without first securing the approval of Council for such sale or transfer.
