Each person, firm or corporation desiring to display a coin or electrically operated amusement device shall make written application to the Clerk-Treasurer for a license to display such devices. The application shall state the name and address of the applicant; the name and address of the person, firm or corporation who owns the device; the type of device or devices to be displayed; the number of devices to be displayed; the address of the premises where the device or devices will be displayed and such other matters as the Clerk-Treasurer may consider pertinent. Upon receipt of the written application for such license the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a license for the display of a coin or electrically operated amusement device after the payment by the applicant of a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
