705.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in or carry on the business of billposting, painting or posting signs or posters for advertising purposes, distributing bills or advertising matter of any kind, tacking cards or advertising within the Village without first having obtained a license from the Mayor or his designee.
