In the event the high grass and/or weeds are not cut by the date set forth in the notice, or, if an extension date has been given by the Council’s designated agent, then by such date, Council’s designated agent shall cause the high grasses and weeds to be cut and/or destroyed. All expenses incurred shall be paid out of Municipal funds not otherwise appropriated.
