531.02 EXCEPTIONS.
   The exceptions from the curfew provisions shall be as follows:
   (a)    No graduate of an accredited high school regardless of age shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
   (b)    No minor accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
   (c)    No minor running an emergency errand for the minor's family as directed by that minor's parent or guardian shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
   (d)    No minor who lawfully is employed during hours of curfew is subject to the provisions of this chapter while returning home directly and immediately after employment.
   (e)    No minor who is engaged in carrying newspapers during hours of curfew is subject to the provisions of this chapter, if after completing the newspaper route the minor returns directly and immediately home.
   (f)   No minor attending a civic, school sponsored, or religious function, which the minor has been invited to or is expected to attend is subject to the provisions of this chapter if after the function ends, the minor returns directly and immediately home. (Ord. 1132. Passed 11-26-84.)
