(a) No minor over the age of fourteen but under the age of eighteen shall remain in or upon a public place or establishment between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays or 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
(b) No minor under the age of fourteen years shall remain in or upon any public place or establishment between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following morning. (Ord. 1132. Passed 11-26-84.)
