(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) In the event of a violation of § 54.04(I), the Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to collect said costs of corrective action by legal action in the county courts.
(2) Any person who continues to violate the discharge provisions of §§ 54.05, 54.06, or 54.08 may be charged with commission of a misdemeanor and, after conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $1,000 for each day the violation continues or may be subject to disconnection from the town’s wastewater facilities.
(C) Any violation of the provisions of § 54.36 will result in a fine of $500 to be added to the customer’s sewer utility bill and collected as such utility bills are collected.
