EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 97-4-2, passed May 13, 1997, adopted minimum sidewalk construction specifications for any sidewalk constructed in the Village. Ordinance 98-12-1, passed March 9, 1999, adopted minimum road construction specifications for the construction of roads within the Village, incorporating therein specifications for the construction of alleys, arterial streets, collector streets, cul-de-sacs, dead-end streets, local streets, marginal access streets and intersections. Copies of these ordinances and of the specifications attached thereto may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall.
