2-6-3: DECISIONS:
Decisions of the Land Use Hearing Examiner shall be considered to have the same effect as decisions of the legislative body. Decisions shall conform to the requirements of Revised Code of Washington 35A.63.170(3). (Ord. 707, 1-8-1998)
