2-6-1: APPOINTMENT:

Pursuant to the authority granted by Revised Code of Washington 35A.63.170 there is hereby created the office of Land Use Hearing Examiner. The Mayor shall appoint said position for an indefinite term subject to confirmation of the Council. (Ord. 707, 1-8-1998)
