The Parks Advisory Board shall meet as an ad hoc advisory board based on the enabling resolution, and all meetings shall be properly noticed and open to the public in accordance with the Washington State Open Public Meetings Act. The city staff shall notify all Parks Advisory Board Members of any meeting called to conduct business. The members shall organize by the election of officers and the adoption of bylaws, as they deem necessary.
Draft summaries of each meeting shall be prepared by staff after each meeting, and transmitted to the City Clerk for submission to the Community and Government Affairs Committee. A representative of the Board, selected by the Board, shall provide an oral report to the Community and Government Affairs Committee of the City Council at its regular monthly meeting as needed or requested.
