The planning commission shall approve architectural design review applications, sign permits, sign code hardship variances, plat vacation and alterations, site plans and major amendments thereto, and shall review and make recommendations on the following applications and subjects:
A. Amendments to the comprehensive plan.
B. Amendments to the building code, title 10 of this code.
C. Amendments to the environmentally critical areas code, title 11 of this code.
D. Amendments to the subdivision title, title 12 of this code.
E. Amendments to the zoning title, title 13 of this code, or the official map.
F. Applications for preliminary plats, plat alterations, planned unit developments, and binding site plans.
G. Other legislative actions as requested by the city council.
