15-2-2: A:

ADMINISTRATOR: The city administrator, chief supervisory staff person or his/her designee.

APPLICANT: A person seeking development approval from the city.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REVIEW: Review and approval conducted pursuant to section 13-6-7 of this code. (Ord. 886, 9-8-2010)
