2-3-2: POWERS AND DUTIES:
The board of trustees shall be responsible for the duties required of them pursuant to Revised Code Of Washington 41.24.080, and subsequent amendments thereto, and shall keep such reports and records as required by law. (1973 Code § 2.10.020)
