12-1-7: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS:
Title 13, zoning, provides for the concurrent processing of subdivisions and PUDs when applications are made for the same site. Timing of permit review and approval of such proposals shall be dictated by the PUD procedures. See subsection 13-6-4 I of this code. (Ord. 792, 7-29-2004)
