11-3-4: FISH AND WILDLIFE HABITAT CONSERVATION AREAS CLASSIFICATION:
All of the following habitat areas are classified critical areas:
   A.   Areas With Primary Association: Areas with which state or federally designated endangered, threatened, and sensitive species have a primary association.
   B.   Priority Habitats: State priority habitats and areas associated with state priority species, including, but limited to, riparian areas associated with waterways.
   C.   Habitats And Species Of Local Importance: Habitats and species of local importance are those designated by the city, including those habitats and species that, due to their population status or sensitivity to habitat manipulation, warrant protection through possible retention or recovery of connectivity of habitat features.
   D.   Waters Of The State: Waters of the state includes lakes, rivers, ponds, streams, inland waters, underground waters, salt waters, and all other surface waters and watercourses within the jurisdiction of the state of Washington, as classified in Washington administrative code 222-16-031.
   E.   Waters Planted With Fish: Lakes, ponds, streams, and rivers planted with game fish by a governmental or tribal entity. (Ord. 2016-985, 7-13-2016)
