9-5C-5: UNDEVELOPED REAL PROPERTY:
In accordance with the policy established in subsection 9-5C-3B of this article that the service charges for undeveloped real property be determined by the amount of acre units contained on each parcel, the utility shall determine the acreage of each parcel of undeveloped real property within the boundaries of the utility to determine the number of acres contained therein; forty three thousand five hundred sixty (43,560) square feet or less, of undeveloped real property shall equal one acre unit. For all undeveloped real property within the utility boundaries, the utility shall determine the number of equivalent acreage units contained thereon by dividing the number of square feet of undeveloped real property on each parcel by forty three thousand five hundred sixty (43,560); the total thus obtained will be rounded to the nearest whole number representing the equivalent acreage unit.
