1-12-2: ESTABLISHED:
There is hereby established for the purposes set forth in this chapter the office of hearing examiner. The hearing examiner shall be named by the mayor with the advice and consent of the council and shall serve an indeterminate term at the pleasure of the mayor. Compensation shall be fixed by the city council. (Ord. 912, 9-14-2011)
