Normal park hours are between the hours of four o'clock (4:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. Any person who shall knowingly enter or remain unlawfully in or upon the premises of any city park shall be guilty of criminal trespass in the second degree. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon the premises of any city park except during normal park hours, or when authorized pursuant to a permit duly issued by the city, or while attending an event authorized pursuant to a permit duly issued by the city, or when acting in an official capacity as an employee or agent of the city.
