ORDINANCES ADOPTED AFTER 1996 RECODIFICATION
7-11-4: FEES:
Fees for the seasonal parking permit shall be established by the city council by resolution or by ordinance. All fees so established shall be paid at the time of application for a seasonal parking permit and shall not be prorated. The fee for a replacement seasonal parking permit shall be the same as the fee for a seasonal parking permit. (Ord. 906, 4-27-2011)
