The "maximum environmental noise levels" rules promulgated by the Department of Ecology and codified in the Washington Administrative Code at title 173, chapter 173-60, one copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, and any subsequent amendments therefor, are adopted and made a part hereof as though fully set forth in this chapter, and adopted as the maximum environmental noise levels for the City. In addition, chapter 70.107 Revised Code of Washington and chapter 173-62 WAC as existing on the date of enactment of this chapter or as hereafter amended by the State of Washington or applicable agencies, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
