It is unlawful for any dealer to sell, give away or dispose of beer or wine or other intoxicating liquor, within the corporate limits of the City, or permit the same to be consumed on the premises during any hours other than those presently allowed by the rules and regulations and orders of the Washington State Liquor Control Board in force and effect on the effective date of the Ordinance codified herein.
