§ 155.07 MENU BOARDS.
   A graphic depicting items and prices for food and beverages will be permitted only under the following conditions:
   (A)   Such graphic must be directly related to and in the immediate area of a drive-up window for the purchase of food items;
   (B)   The graphic must be adjacent to an electronically operated remote two-way communication system;
   (C)   A menu board may be either a wall or ground graphic, and will be excluded from all other calculations of signable area of ground and wall graphics;
   (D)   A menu board will not exceed 25 square feet in total area;
   (E)   Lettering on a menu board will not exceed two inches in height;
   (F)   Due to the unique character of this type of graphic, the restrictions concerning items of information as described in § 155.02(A) will not apply to menu boards; providing that the information listed deals with a specific listing of food items available and their prices. Other types of advertising on a menu board are prohibited.
   (G)   A menu board may not be located closer to any public road or street than the building setback line.
