(A) A violation of any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided is punishable by a fine of $25. Each day that the violation continues may be deemed a separate punishable offense. (Ord. 88-07, passed - -88)
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 155.03(F), 155.10, 155.11 or 155.12 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
