(A) Each land use is entitled to display street graphics containing up to ten items of information on each street or highway to which it has access. Each allowable surface may contain up to ten items of information. However, if the name of the proprietor occupying the building and the name of the premises contains more than ten items of information the name of the proprietor and the name of the premises may be displayed once on each street frontage on any allowable street graphic, provided no other graphic is displayed on the building or its premises to that frontage.
(B) Nationally recognized logos, excluding lettering will be considered as one item of information.
(C) Provided, the items of information allowance authorized by this section is not exceeded, street graphics may be displayed as ground or wall graphics within the limitations and restrictions as further provided by this chapter.
(D) All signs, except those exempted in § 155.09, are required to have the following information visible from ground level, in a minimum of one-inch high letters: the date the sign was erected, the permit number of the sign, the owner or party responsible for the maintenance of the sign, a phone number for this party, and the voltage of the sign if applicable.
