§ 92.03 OUTDOOR GRILLS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      (1)   GRILL. Any device, whether fired by charcoal, propane, natural gas, electricity, or other combustible matter, whose primary purpose and design is to cook food out-of-doors.
      (2)   MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING. Any building designed for residential occupation by more than two families.
      (3)   PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, or organization of any kind.
   (B)   The use of any grill, by any person, at any multiple-family dwelling, whether used upon a patio, porch, stoop, deck, or upon any other outdoor area within 15 feet of the dwelling is hereby prohibited.
