§ 92.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of Chapter 92 shall be fine not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (B)   A violation of § 92.15(F) and (G) is punishable by a fine of not more than $25. Each day that the violation continues may be deemed a separate punishable offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 92.20 through 92.24 shall be fined not less than $500 for each offense, in addition to any penalties provided by state law.
