EDITOR'S NOTE: By Charter amendment approved by the voters on November 2, 1993, the position of Finance Director was created effective December 1, 1993. The office of Clerk-Auditor is to be abolished as of November 30, 1995, or earlier if a vacancy occurs. References within the Codified Ordinances to the fiscal officer of the City will be changed to refer to the Director of Finance when the pages are otherwise changed.
