EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 2015-37, the operation of Chapter 1503, requiring the installation of fire suppression systems in all buildings in the Village (subject to certain exceptions), be and is hereby stayed until further action of Council. The Building Commissioner, and all other Village employees be and are hereby authorized and directed to permit the construction of buildings within the Village with such fire suppression systems as are required by State law.
