1503.04 EXCEPTIONS.

   Fire suppression systems will not be required under the following circumstances:

   (a)   For detached single family dwellings.

   (b)   For accessory buildings, except as may be required by the Ohio Building Code .

   (c)   For any buildings if construction of the building commenced, under a valid permit, prior to the effective date of this section, except as may be required by the Ohio Building Code.
