139.01 VACATIONS.

139.02 WORK DAY.
   Each full-time member of the Service Department shall work eight hours per day with one-half hour for lunch for which he or she will not be paid.

139.04 FOREMAN. (REPEALED)
   Editor’s Note: Former Section 139.04 was repealed by Ordinance 2006-35, passed December 13, 2006.
 
139.05 COMPENSATION FOR EMERGENCY FIRE AND/OR RESCUE CALLS.
   Each full-time member of the Service Department who responds to emergency fire and/or rescue calls during normal work schedules, maintains certifications as hereinafter provided, and is a member in good standing with the Fire Department as set forth in rules and regulations promulgated by the Fire Chief, shall receive additional compensation in accordance with the following schedule, based upon the member’s highest level of certification:
