18-1-10: COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS:
It is unlawful for any person erecting any sign or other advertising structure to fail to comply strictly with the requirements of this title and any and all regulations pertaining to safety promulgated by the mayor, pursuant to section 18-1-7 of this chapter.
