REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
11-8-2: USE OF MARIJUANA A PROHIBITED ACT:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to possess or use any marijuana in violation of Utah Code Annotated section 58-37-8, as amended.
   B.   A violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor, and subject to penalties as provided under title 1, chapter 4 of this code.
