10-5-21: SNOW REMOVAL:
   A.   No person shall park a vehicle upon a street:
      1.   When it is snowing or when snow removal is apparent or imminent; or
      2.   When there is an accumulation of snow or ice of one inch (1") or more.
   B.   Snowbound Vehicles; Removal: It shall be unlawful for the owner of a vehicle to allow such vehicle to remain standing upon any public street for longer than forty-eight (48) consecutive hours after such vehicle has become snowbound due to snowplows plowing around the vehicle. Such vehicles shall be presumed to be abandoned. Abandoned vehicles shall be subject to removal and impound, as provided under Chapter 8.
   C.   Exemptions: The restrictions set forth herein shall not apply:
      1.   To roads controlled by the State of Utah;
      2.   To streets with inadequate off-street parking that have been designated as exempt by the Mayor or the Mayor's Designee; or
      3.   To properties with no driveway approach.
